Our intention is to provide quality products, and do what we can to maintain a high standard. The only way we know if a product does not meet this standard is if YOU TELL US. As we say on our invoices, "If your're HAPPY with our service...Please tell a friend. If your're NOT, please tell US
If you have a product that does not meet the advertised uses and results of the product, or if the item is faulty, here's what you should do.
· report the details of the fault or return the goods as soon as possible
· state what remedy you would like
· provide proof of purchase when returning the goods
· be sure that you did not cause the fault
· stop using the faulty item
· make sure you care for the goods while in possession.
Refund/replacement is only required if the product
· has a basic, serious fault that was not known at the time of purchase
· does not do the job that you were led to believe it would do
· does not match the sample you were shown, or
· does not fit the description.
Conditions apply to replacement or refunds - the product/item must have been used in accordance with all instructions. We have the right to refuse any return unless faulty.
